Criminal Cases We Accept

Criminal Charges & Accusations Are Life-Changing Events

It doesn’t matter whether it’s a felony or misdemeanor, or whether the allegations involve a charge of Driving while Intoxicated or a complex Federal White Collar offense. When you are accused of a crime, you are dealing with a life-changing event. We are committed to providing the highest quality of representation to people who are facing criminal accusations. We help them and their families navigate the minefield of the Courts and Criminal Justice System while connecting them to helpful resources to get them through these difficult times.

The types of criminal cases where we have made a difference for our clients include:

  • Representation of individuals called to testify before a Grand Jury
  • Representation during any pre-arrest or pre-indictment investigation
  • Jury trials and trials before judges
  • Appeals of convictions and/or sentences in State and Federal Courts
  • Federal crimes, white collar crimes, and complex conspiracy offenses
  • Theft and Fraud offenses including: Bank Fraud, Wire Fraud, Mail Fraud, Embezzlement, Identity Theft, Computer and Internet related charges

We conduct an independent investigation and mount an aggressive defense designed to exonerate our clients where possible. If exoneration is not possible, we work to mitigate the impact of the criminal accusation for our clients and their families, bringing competent mental health and substance abuse treatment professionals into the case where necessary. We work hard to keep our clients out of the courtroom and resolve their cases. But, where trial is necessary, we fight to give real meaning to the presumption of innocence, hold the prosecution to its burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and keep our clients from being overwhelmed by the system.
